Hilltop Precast Inc. is a family owned and operated business located in James Creek PA. on top of a hill. This concrete business sits on 6 beautiful acres of land. Hilltop Precast Inc., formally known as Hilltop Tank and Supply, was started in 1971 by Glenn and Linda Houp. January of 2017 it was renamed Hilltop Precast Inc. by the new owners, the granddaughter and her husband of the original owners. They have since expanded into new precast concrete products and made many operational improvements. Hilltop Precast Inc. Focuses on providing the best possible customer service, and the production of the highest quality precast concrete products.
